How does Muscle Maker Grill train its franchisees?
Muscle Maker Grill does not require previous restaurant experience as they will provide its franchisee with comprehensive support and training. Rod Silva explains “We spend two weeks in our corporate restaurant with the new franchisees doing online and classroom training. Then we spend two weeks in their new restaurant.” Silva explains how they use an online portal to communicate in both onboarding training and ongoing support, “Our online portal is where everything is communicated. You can access recipe books, watch videos, and view new products and recipes.” The two weeks following Muscle Maker Grill’s corporate training, the team takes on two more weeks of onboarding at the franchisee’s new location where they will ensure proper setup and guidance in store design and equipment purchasing.

Muscle Maker Grill’s blending learning approach has shown to be successful in many different industries and services. The coupling of online and classroom training for not only onboarding, but ongoing support as well is one of the major differentiators for Muscle Maker Grill. “We give our franchisees the tools they need to run a successful business. By leveraging the technology that is out now we make it easier to stay on top of franchise business.” says Tim Betts, CEO of Muscle Maker Grill, “We use our online portal for training and marketing, inventory management, online ordering and so much more.”

Muscle Maker Grill’s franchisees are closely tied to the communities in which they serve. When selecting a prospective franchisee, Muscle Maker Grill looks for individuals who are eager to succeed and love and believe in what they do. Muscle Maker Grill requires an investment range between $172.500-439,000 and a minimum capital requirement of $100,000. To learn more about Muscle Maker Grill visit www.musclemakergrill.com.
